Disheartened :(

I'm feeling really disheartened I've:( been 100% the last 2 weeks lots of exercise last weekend and great with food and lost 4 pounds last week but weighed today and put on a pound.... I feel bigger than ever but not over eating or having many carbs, lots of veg for tea etc :/ I stopped taking my pill yesterday but being due on doesn't normally effect my weight could anyone think of any reason why I've gained? Sarah x
 
are you actually eating enough with all that excerise?
 
Yeah I would say so :/ I've not done as much exercise this week... Going for a walk/ jog tonight and that's about it apart from my toning I do every night sit ups press ups and ab belt.
 
Hey I think of it as a marathon not a sprint when I've had weeks like that. You've still lost 3lbs in 2 weeks which is great! Think of how the excercise will be shaping your body. And do make sure you eat enough to make up for the excercise. But don't worry about the gain, with the muscle mass you'll be gaining it'll be back off in no time :)
