Perhaps it's because it's so hot that you're retaining more fluid?? Don't be disheartened... keep going, think positive, 3lbs off is a whole lot better than 3lbs on. xxx

Hun sum wks are mths are better than others... Iv lost about the same in a mth... How much have you lost to date?

I've had problems with water retention lately. If you can't think of any definite reasons, perhaps go back to basics and write everything down, we all get a little lax after a while.
