Have you been weighing everything? How many weeklies did you eat
sometimes that can be contributing factor. Like if you ate all weeklies go for say 7 less this week and that might help...some people can't eat as many weeklies as others
If you didnt eat any then maybe your body needs some weeklies to keep it ticking?
Also I find when I drink my 2 litres a day of water gives me a better loss!
I'd say keep at it and if stick to it you will definately get a bigger loss...however 1lb is still fab! It's downwards in the right direction
also some find if they eat heavy night before wi eg carbs like pasta and potatoes can lay heavy in stomach next day not being digested and that can give a heavier weight!
Abd perhaps TOTM can sometimes affect weightloss...I find I usually STS when I have that week! I get so bloated!
Hopefully this ramble sheds some light for you or gives you some ideas
but stick to it and don't discredit your weightloss!
