DIY shake

I was completely out of shakes this morning and was feeling really hungry.....and couldn't be bothered to go to tesco!

so i thought i would make my own shake this morning:)
I know it doesn't have all the 'nutrients' of SF shakes but it filled me up, it was healthy and much more yummy than the shakes ive been drinking. Plus i know whats in it & less calories!!

heres what was in it:

4 ice cubes
125ml s/s milk
small banana
tsp penut butter
tsp splender sugar

Total cal: 200 cals

Plus its cheaper! might do this for my breaky from now, and only buy the TUS shakes for lunch!
 
Peanut butter and banana? Doesn't sound that nice to me (I don't like banana!), but I'll take your word for it! Very inventive! :D
 
trust me, if you liked bananas you would love it! i guess thats a big IF..lol
they do that flavour combo at Eds Dinner, and its got a million or so calories in it! but its totally lush. Have you ever been?
 
Sounds like heaven love well done for making one! But I shall b sticking with the bought stuff unless I get stuck without one so cheers x

Nope, never heard of Eds, but we probably have something similar down here. Milkshakes can be so high in calories though! So I usually avoid them, unless they're Slim Fast lol.
