Step 1 Sole Source Dizzy with headache - HELP!

Just started SS a few days ago and I am dizzy almost all day with migraine for the past 2 days! Is this normal? I am drinking 3.5 liters of water, so I know I am not dehydrated.
Showing nothing on ketostix.
Any suggestions???:sigh:

If this doesn't pass in a day or two I'd visit your gp. SS isn't for everyone and you may feel better on a higher step. Let us know how you are xx
