Advise pls all,

I hav a prescription for orlistat last yr but couldn't get any so started the dukan diet. Would it be ok to take these and do the dukan diet?
It really worries me about the... Hmmm... Poo leakage I hav heard some ppl say about :-(
Any advise would b great!

It really depends on how much is in your diet chick. I've not heard the details of the Dukon diet but if its like the Atkins where you're encouraged to eat butter, cream , cheese etc then know. The rule with orlistat is to keep your meals to under 5g fat each!

I was on orlistat. Still got some in my cupboard, but you are right the poo leakage is bad! One day all I did was laugh, and I was drenched. I was so mortified. It even leaks through pads! But I then found out if you stick just below the fat intact, they work and you don't get the 'poo leaks'. x

Sorry I don't know much about Dukan either but orlistat rules are no food over 5g of fat per 100g. And if you stick to that there will be no leakage I never had it x
