Been on SS for 10 days, Planning to go to a big do on the 4th April. How do I go about it? Like do I have to prepare to eat and drink? or do I just get stuck in?

instead of coming off the diet.. could you try to do an AAMW type of thing.. once you stop cd.. and then start again.. it becomes a lot harder..

    Hello Carol

I would try not to eat. I did that over 2.5 years ago and never got back to this. It was my fatal mistake. However, Carol the choice is for you to make but I would certainly try and use the evening as a AAM week to stay in ketosis. Whatever decision you make good luck.
