Hi, thinking of changing to Lipotrim from another VLCD (internet based) mainly because i need a weekly weigh-in & a morale boost from the councillor to keep me on track.:sigh:
Anyway, just phoned up a local supplier and the lipotrim lady didn't seem at all clued up on the diet?? I asked if i had to be a certain weight to start (I have about 1.5 stone to lose) & she said "oh it has something to do with your BM) I said do you mean your BMI? to which she seemed frazzled!! When asked about how much water to drink she said 4 pints max...well, i have to drink 4 litres on my present VLCD, she assured me 4 pints a day was plenty.
Is is info correct?? Although LT is less expensive i'm not so sure i have complete faith in the councillor.
If anyone could point me in the right direction i would be very grateful, thanks!:)

Lipotrim is supervised via a chemist...wouldnt say you recieve councilling tho..alot of the chemist just weigh you and take your money ...they do have training, but how good that is is questionable!
But, then again there are some good chemists... you just need to ensure you find the right one.
4 pints a day is minumum...its 10 pints a day max without includiing your shakes they are extra!
www.lipotrim.com... there is a video on the site which explains everything

If you want to go on LT but are worried about counselling I'd say go ahead and sign up (though perhaps not with that dippy pharmacist) and use this forum for your counselling. There is always someone on here to congratulate you on a loss or to pick you up when you're feeling low.

Just my 2 cents however. If you want a proper counsellor then go for CD.

Forum is all you need really, talk about anything, everything, and sometimes you can talk about nothing, its really good like that.
you got some great people on here, who know there stuff, just get your packs from the pharmacy, they don't seem to have a clue, you got a whole world here to help you along the way.
We are all on this journey togther!! So get the packs and enjoy the ride!

Wow, doesn't sound too promising. Are you sure she wasn't an assistant? I hope she was because it sounds as if she doesn't know her BMI from her elbow! Hope you find something suitable. :)
