do meal bars slow down weight loss?

just a quick question - does having a meal bar slow down the rate at which u loose weight on the VLCD? Any advice ?? x

No it doesn't. Weight loss is determined by calorie deficit. Having a proper VLCD bar will have no detrimental effect
