Do you drink soy or any other dairy alternative? I'm not too keen on cows milk but Oatly chocolate milk is 200ml for a HEA and its lovely!

You don't have to have them. They are there to ensure you get sufficient calcium or fibre in your diet there's no point having them if you don't want or like them.

I struggle with them, but I am trying hard to get better with them.

From what I understand the calcium in HEA aids weight loss. There are lots of reports about calcium being good for weight loss not sure what other foods you could use as a substitute.

I did find a list online List of CALCIUM rich non dairy foods - MSPI/ Dairy Allergy there maybe something on the list suitable for you though.

How else would I get my daily fix of nuts, cheese, bread, cereal bars, houmous etc !
