do you always eat your healthy extras?

Do you drink soy or any other dairy alternative? I'm not too keen on cows milk but Oatly chocolate milk is 200ml for a HEA and its lovely!

You don't have to have them. They are there to ensure you get sufficient calcium or fibre in your diet there's no point having them if you don't want or like them.

How else would I get my daily fix of nuts, cheese, bread, cereal bars, houmous etc !
