Just wondering who counts their veg in their calories? If not how does it affect your weight loss, and what veg do you not count ie corn on the cob?

i generaly count everything that goes in my mouth but what i dont count is if i snack on salad veg like lettuce and cucumber. its mainly water so i think its actuly good to get as much of it as we can in us! i may be wrong but its how i personaly feel about it and also better to snack on cucumber than the devil foods!!
