Do you find the losses on ss and step 2 very different?

Have been 810 for the last 19 weeks and have lost 5 stone 2 pound, however this past week I have had tonsillitis and haven't been able to eat so have ended up ss. I am really looking forward to wi tomorrow to see If the loss is much different. Just wondered if anyone else has switched between the two plans? X

I had 1 810 week and lost 2lbs. My average is probably about 3lbs so not loads of difference x

Well I only lost 3 pound, so think I will stick to 810 as I average at 3.5 on 810 and had thought ss might mean a 4 pound loss x still happy though as 3 is good at this stage in the diet x
