Hi all, Could somebody tell me if you have to syn steak. I brought 2 frying steaks from Asda and cut off every morsel of fat and fried using frylite, is this lean meat and free or should I syn it? Thanks in advance xxx
Do you have to syn lean steak?? Help please!

Yep, thats right. As long as all visible fat is removed and its grilled or cooked in frylite then its free as stated above.
If there are a few streaks of fat through the meat, dont worry, we do need SOME fat in our diets, and it would be impossible to remove all traces of it from the meat - but try and get the leanest and nicest cut you can afford.
