Do you 'maximise your weigh in?'

I weigh in on my lunchbreak so I have my morning shake and 500ml water about 8am and then nothing until after my weigh in. Its nice to know i am not the only one paranoid about losing as much as possible on my weigh in day

Start Weight: 17 st 9 lbs
Goal Weight: 11st 6 lbs

WK 1 - Lost 9lbs
Wk 2 - Lost 5.5 lbs
Wk 3 - Lost 9lbs
Wk 4 - Lost 3.8 lbs
Wk 5 - Lost 4.8 lbs
 
I'm a daily weigher too. I need the daily encouragement. I don't finish work til 10pm so by the time I get to bed its about 2am and I get up after 10am and go straight on the scales in my nightie after having been to the bathroom.

I generally weigh in at 10:00am - so I try not to have my shake before, also on a thursday and friday I crease the water in preperation, drink loads of detox tea and double the milk thistle!

I too weigh in my lightest clothes - it can make all the difference!
