Step 1 Sole Source + do you still lose inches, even if lbs don't shift???

    I'm curious, because my clothes are starting to feel loose after just 9days, but have only lost 8lb, which I wouldn't have thought would be enough for looser clothes.

    Have any of you lost more inches than lbs or found the scales not budging much but the weight is??

    I'd love a little insight into this. My cdc couldn't measure me yesterday because she forgot her tape, and I didn't have one :/

    Yeah it's said that some weeks if you haven't lost lbs you'll have lost inches that's why it's important to measure xx

    Same for me too. For those weeks where I haven't lost much or sts then my measurements have still gone down. Safety pins are my best friend for holding my trousers up, donations from my sister have also helped with those in between stages and enjoying the extra space is brilliant.

    Yes, I seemed to find the weeks I have the smaller losses I lose more inches. Odd I know.


    Total loss on cambridge - 2 stone 11lb :)

    I wish I'd read this before I sabotaged myself for the past 2 days!! I hadn't lost anything in days so got soo annoyed and ate!!! Argh!! I wish I'd measured instead!! Oh well, onwards and upwards, or should I say downwards!! Good luck everyone xx

    At the moment I seem to be losing a lovely amount of inches but not many pounds! I guess its different for everybody- its only my shoes that are starting to feel loose at the moment which is a bit weird lol!
