I'm on a green day and thought that 10syns for the chicken and soup would be about right, what do you all think?

Nope, going out tonight straight from work so I'm using my HB's on Wholemeal rolls so I can have quorn sausage baps. :)

But I've hardly touched by syns this week so I know I have plenty spare to use.

Do they provide their nutritional/calorie info on their website? If so then you will be able to work out the syn value.

I think 10 syns will probably cover it.

The ramen soup was reviewed as one of those soups that people on diets choose but it has a staggering amount of salt, that was reviewed on watchdog so they may have changed it now.

    It my favourite aswell!!!
