Do you think.............

.....that once everything is added up, say your daily points and your weekly allowence, it works out to a similar amount of points that we were allowed previously, just in a different format?
I ask, because I just can't see how we can have so many more points and still lose weight!

Have to add though.......loving it so far!!!

Thats EXACTLY what it is, Ive been through a typical week for me on the old plan and compared and adjusted to it on the new plan plus taking in account of the weekly points and it works out to be near on spot on ! Its just teaching us new ways of having things and making better choices but its all still there to eat :)

It is indeed! But just knowing that them points are there to dip into and have a blow out at the weekend is reassuring for all of us who always feel guilty afterwards !! NO MORE GUILT WOO HOO !

They are gonna come in handy for nights out for me!!!!

Would love to go out with the girls this weekend just to try it out but alas, iv gotta wait till a week on Saturday!
