Not religiously but if I had a bad day, I assume I've spent all
my weekly ones on that day.
I struggle to find just exactly what I need for the syns so I don't have it.
I started off sticking to 105 a week, then changed to 15 a day max. If I've been naughty I'll give myself a max of 10 a day until WI. Got two more days of 10 syns max, it's killing me! xxx
