Hi Guys

Could anyone help me, i picked up a pine nut and sage risotta mix from the local garden centre, its a dry mix and i was wondering how i can calculate approx the syns in it.

Hi the rice would be free but the pine nuts would have syns, best way to check would be online using the nutritional value & enter rice as ur free food in the online calculator ?
