I would like to do ss+ but I only want 2 packs a day and a meal. Does anyone know if this is possible?

hi

i would say to do the plan properly you need/must follow CD correctly. if you were to do 2 shakes a day then you'd be on 1000 onwards plan. i believe, the reason why you get 3/4 shakes a day on ss+ is that the meals do not contain enough vits and mins a day and your body needs the balance. i'm sure someone else will come by and add more detail. please do not have less than you need.
