Does anyone alternate each day with a new plan

hi, I've been doing EE but wanted to speed up my weightloss so yesterday I had a red day but then had a terrible migraine last night and haven't felt well all day so I thought maybe I should try a green day today migraines gone but have had no energy to do anything all day, is it safe to change plans like this or maybe I,m just coming down with something

You can absolutely change plans every day if you want to. Sounds like the migraine may have left you feeling weak today (I know mine do). The only reason that changing plan may have affected your migraine is if you ate something that's a trigger for you that you hadn't been eating on EE. I know my triggers are red wine, dark chocolate and sometimes certain cheese.

It will be fine, after a couple of slow loss's on EE I did a week of red/green on alternative days last week, kicked started me again as lost 1.5lb, back of EE this week (although a couple of my days could easily have been green) and I feel great, think I may be in for another good week - roll on Tuesday!! (made a vow to put the scales away and not take a peek during the week)

Hi, thanks both of you feeling much better now probably just one of those things. Did another green day today no problems so i'll see how I get on. Huntsu1 hope you do well on Tuesday. Helzzz can't put my finger on anything I ate nothing unusual but sometimes these migrains hit me out of the blue. thanks again

I tend to chop and change, most days will be green, if I know I'm eating out then I tend to do EE and every now and then I'll throw in a red day jsut to change things up a bit :)
