Does anyone ever do 800 calories a day?

I was just wondering if anyone does four shakes a day and is still successful? I am really struggling with the three packs a day and im only on day 2...
 
You'd still lose a good amount. Why not try splitting your packs though. It'll be easier when you're in ketosis
 
The first few days are really hard and I think most people feel hungry at first. That does pass.
If you're struggling right now then split your packs like Starlight said, try drinking more, have a cup of bouillon, or add some protein (plain chicken etc) until you feel you can manage on just 3 packs.
