Does anyone go to the gym?

I joined the gym a few months ago before deciding to do LL again and just wondered if anyone else used the gym?

I'm thinking perhaps a few times a week with just moderate cardio workouts.

Would be a shame to not use it and a shame to cancel as I will be using it once I have reached my goal.

In seriousness though - I am considering it. I was going to Curves pre-LL, but then stopped for some reason - and now it is shutting down (I never knew they depended on me that much!! Hehe)... so i'm gutted. Trying to find a nice friendly gym to join instead... but where I live it is all hardcore equipment and posey men with six packs - not my cup of tea at all!!

Hi Lana,
I walked alot often up to two hours a day and the weeks I was good with exercise it certainly did show up on the scales. Apart from the first week though but I think my body probably thought I was starving it.
Go for it but listen to your body and don't over do it.
Enjoy it will be good to get into the habit anyway.
