Does anyone have a good alternative to Quorn?

Hi, I live in Canada and Quorn isn't available so I was wondering if there were any other ex-pats out there that have a found a tasy alternative for those green days?:sign0163:

Can you get TVP? You get it in health food shops over here, it's actually more flexible than quorn, you can shape it into burgers and suchlike.
