This was reduced in my local shop. Does anyne have any nice recipes involving this or any suggestions?
Does anyone have a nice recipe for chicory?

Hi there 
Not sure if you mean the leafy type of chicory, if it is, I tend to use it raw in salads... adds a slight bitterness but I like that, and very fresh and crunchy. Also you can grill them, they're delicious with most meats - just put them in a pan with a little frylight until they start to caramelize and they're done - still have some crunch that way.
