Whisk an egg,then fry till just cooked through,set to one side to cool.
Fry sliced chicken,once cooked on the outside
Add veg, broccoli,cabbage,spring onions...whatever you want from the list.
Add ginger and garlic
Chop the egg into small pieces and add.
Serve. Yum!
Zero noodles would be nice too
