Syn free Tomato Soup
There is a super free soup that I make when I'm being really good and don't have lots of time for chopping, peeling etc.
It sounds disgusting, but try it. It's amazing. It tastes like Heinz tomato soup.
The ingredients are as follows:
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tin of chopped carrots
1 tin of baked beans
4 Pickled Onions
Salt and Pepper to season
Quite simply open your tins and pour them in to a pan add your pickled onions (these give the soup it's tang), bring the pan to the boil and then blen until smooth.
I use a Healthy Extra B and have 2 slices of nimble bread with it. It's really tasty, filling and is packed with super free food

1 can mixed bean salad
1 can green lentils or handful of dried
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 can baked beans
handful of split lentils
2 large leeks
1 large onion
4 med carrots
2 parsnips
3 peppers (red, orange, green)
2 veg stk cubes
salt pepper
mixed herbs
Putin a pot and let it cook for 30mins then blend or serve chunky x
