Does anyone know of a 'snack-type' bar that is healthy?

Oh-er...maybe I'm confusing myself here- maybe it was 5g I was thinking of? It's that long since I calorie counted/logged my foods I'm a bit rusty! LOL!

I was just seeing if anyone knew of something that can be carried around for 'emergency' situations so I didn't have to starve or eat cr*ppy food?
I'll have a look at the general meal replacement bars available and see which is the 'best' for me.

I carry round the snack bags of 'you are what you eat' fruit, nut & seed mix. A handful of them usually does the trick if I'm stuck. The bag is about 3 biggish handfuls (I think it's 40g) xx
