Does anyone think bars make you hungry later in the day?

Hi, I don't know if it's just coincidence but since I've started the bars I've been starving at night. They fill me up at the time. But my stomach was rumbling so much there I had to go and have a 4th meal. Does anyone else think this?:17729:

If I have bar I generally have it late in the evening with a cup of black coffee and it usually satisfies me
