Yippee do dah, first and 2nd wi, lost 1stone 1lb over the 2wks, hadn't a chance to get on here and celebrate..............thanks to all support for 1st week. found 2nd week a bit more tired but coming round now. have to read all threads now to catch up on all the news.............
