Does it matter???

For me it makes no difference when I eat but maybe some people are different.

I eat constantly anyway:giggle:
I read that the idea of not eating late is old fashioned now. Research has now shown that it's the amount of food eaten, not when it's eaten that matters when trying to lose weight.


This is really the time!
I eat whenever the mood takes me...I do believe it is what you eat not when you eat it....Thank the Lord!lol
Our consultant spoke about this last week and she said it doesn't matter what time of day or night you eat. As long as you are food optimising you will lose weight

I regularly dont get to eat dinner much before 9pm and it hasnt effected me!


Still Climbing That Hill!
I always eat my tea late around 10pm plus as that's the time i get really hungry and always leave syns or have my 2 alpen bars afterwards to make sure i don't feel deprived.
