Just a thought but does it matter what time of the day you eat. Sometimes I work till late and therefore eat late at night. People usually say you shouldn't eat after 6pm at night etc etc, who else eats late?? xx:thankyou:
I read that the idea of not eating late is old fashioned now. Research has now shown that it's the amount of food eaten, not when it's eaten that matters when trying to lose weight.
Our consultant spoke about this last week and she said it doesn't matter what time of day or night you eat. As long as you are food optimising you will lose weight
I always eat my tea late around 10pm plus as that's the time i get really hungry and always leave syns or have my 2 alpen bars afterwards to make sure i don't feel deprived.
