Does slim / skinny still look good on a woman over 40?

Just that question really - I now have it in me to get there and stay there and it feels a bit too late.

I always wanted to be slim - now i want to be young and slim

Stick with it. It's never to late. It will be worth it in the end.

I'm 54 and my weight is now what it was in my teens.

Losing the weight I have has made me feel and look younger.

So losing weight does sort of turn the clock back a bit.

Somebody at work guessed my age the other day at 48 and others have said I Look younger than I am.

spent most of my life being overweight.... Now 42 this year.i will be a target and a weight i have always wanted to be.... I feel nice in cloths.... But im hating my body 'out of cloths' i should of exercised... But evertime i do i gain weight :/ like my head is saying don't exercise because you gain weight and im frightened of going back to being big.. And thats a really good excuse for me as i have had terrible experiences at school.. So im stuck in a limbo (in my head) I am planning on taking up exercise but when the times right..as a newby target member i have to be shore i can stay there first and kinda be comfy..... So the sooner the better in your journey.. Thats the advice i will give :sigh:
