Hi everyone, i joined sw on tuesday night after spending the past 18 months trying every diet under the sun and looking for that magic quick fix( stupid i know)!!! i have now got my sensible head on and realise that what i need to do is to take it bit by bit and find a plan that i can stick with for the long term.
could someone take a look at my food diary as i feel like im eating far too much to possibly lose weight!!!

yesterday on ee i had;
28g grape nuts &
1 ryvita wholegrain crackerbread (hexb)
banana
250mls semiskimmed milk( hexa)

lunch
jacket potato
heinz smokey bbq beans
hard boiled egg
mullerlight fruit yogurt& raspberries


dinner
beef dansak, homemade, using tomatos, lentils onions ushroos, curry powder and fresh pineapple
basmati rice.
cherries

syns
2 alpen light bars 6syns
ryvita crackerbread with reduced sugar jam 1 1/2 syns

2litres of water and coffee during the day using milk allowance.

does this look ok or am i eating far too much???

Looks pretty good so far! The only thing I would say is that perhaps a bit more superfree at lunchtime wouldnt go amiss, the raspberries will have contributed certainly but do you think they constituted 1/3 of the overall food you consumed at that meal? You more than made up for it at dinner time though, so it shouldnt be a problem, just something to be aware of!
