Well im thinkin of trying a few originals days this week to mix the plan up a bit, this is what im planning on having at some stage this week, can someone tell me if it looks ok?
Breakfast – 60g wholemeal bread with scrambled egg & bacon (hexb free splash of milk from hexa)
Snack – banana – (free)
Lunch – wholemeal pitta bread with lots of ham chicken & salad, tbsp ex light mayo, mullerlight & pack of quavers (hexb free & 6 syn)
Dinner – 2 pork chops with lots of veg & butternut squash roasted in oven with chilli & garlic – (free)
Snack – options hot chocolate (2 syns)
Total syns – 8 syns
