Does (totm) effect your weight loss?????

hi im 5 days in to my diet and i weigh in on wednesday , it my TOTM and i won't to know is this going to effect my numbers when i weigh in ?????

please help would really like your personal advice x

It's honestly hard to say some people find the week before totm has an effect others find the week of it is when they notice it

Might be best to sort of be prepared for it - just incase x

well my weight has gone up 1lb so i think im going to be 1 of these people that gain a few pound while on my TOMT , thanx u very much for advice starlight x
