I'm around halfway through my journey and so far have lost 4 or 5lbs every week. The only weeks I haven't is when I've STS due to being naughty.

I know on most diets people reach a plateau and find it difficult to get over it and I'm just wondering with exante, because it's a VLCD will my weight loss slow??? I'm hoping not but I just wondered if I can expect it to grind to a slow halt over the next couple of months!?!?!?

    Thanks folks :) x x

Be interested to know to. Mine slows after 3 weeks, maybe two. Not good.

After Ive been 100% for a few weeks, my weight loss normally drops to around 3lbs a week, its never been less then that unless Ive cheated or its TOTM.
