My weigh-in is on a wed evening and so I start afresh on thursday. My 'treat' after weigh- in, is always a glass of red wine from a bottle which I then finish off on sat. I don't count the syns for my wed 1 glass tipple.
I weigh in at midday on Thursday so I start my week on thursday morning before WI in. I don't have a treat night though, and do syns daily unless I have to go out for a meal then I reduce for the rest of the week.
