Eurgh long story short, i've been very ill- but getting better now- put on 5lbs from my last weigh in- so that means from being under target i am now 1lb above...

I had too pay:cry: shocking!!!
but im back 100% from today! i ate a load of crap yesterday just too get it out of my system (thats my excuse and i'm sticking too it)

but i really would like too get back too 9stone 8lbs... So i am gonna try so hard!

So far today:

2oz Branflakes

2 quorn sausages


Then i'm having quorn pasta bake

and then dinner is syn free mac cheese!!:D

I'v'e got my final pat as 9st 10lbs, but would like to get nearer your 9st 8lbs, can I ask what height you are? I'm 5ft 5", maybe we could keep each other going. I've got my 2nd WI on Thurs.
So far have done, 3 REDs and 2 Greens, today being another RED.

Also, can I ask what you think of quorn mince/pieces?
I was a veggie for many years and even when I had it then, I was not too keen. I have had the quorn sausages, not too bad..

what is syn free mac cheese???

Im 5'5 too:D
My starting weight was 177.5lbs:eek:

Im a vegi, so always have green- but i am a very picky eater. I dont do spicy foods, rice, creamy sauce... so i mainly eat quorn, potatoes, pasta...

Quorn mince you really need too add stuff too... otherwise:jelous:

Oooh my syn free macaroni cheese is too die(t) for... i could eat it everyday- i'll try dig up receipe
Wow you have done soo well with your weight lose journey. Until you got sick, did you find manintaining ok?

Yeah i just eat the whole thing!

12oz Macaroni
6 LARGE spring onions
10oz cherry tomatoes
3oz Cheese (use an oz of cheese per person)
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard (i add 2/3 cause i love it)
500g Natural yogurt (low fat)

Preheat oven too 200

Cook the macaroni- drain and set aside

Chop the spring onions- half the cherry tomatoes - slice the mushrooms

Heat a frying pan sprayed with frylight-

Add the spring onions- tomatoes- mushrooms with the garlic

Cook for 2/3 mins Then add 100ml of cold water

Cook until absorbed

Add the macaroni & the stuff in the frying pan into a dish (stirred in)

Grate the cheese and lightly beat the eggs- mix together the cheese- eggs- yogurt- and mustard

Pour into the dish

Bake for about 10-20 mins or until the set and cheese topping is lightly golden (keep an eye on it-)
