    VLCD(to start)CD 2/5/11
    Not literally!But am being a dohnut today,im doing everything back to front!I went to the toilet and washed my hands and flushed it before id even sat down!Im going crazy I think,Im light headed,shaky and feel a bit weird.All in the the name of CD!

    healthy eating
    lol i do things like that not on cd. make sure you are drinking enough water and don't go to long between shakes. if you don't have your first shake till dinner try having it earlier
