Last year i managed to lose nearly 3 stone on cd,but sadley i have put 1and half back on,due to comfort eating after finding out i cant have kids!!!so i have now decided to try and lose this remaining weight plus more,i want to be fit and healthy for me!we are looking into surrogasy and i want to be able to run around after any children we may be lucky to have..im on day 4 now but have had a bad belly from the start which i didnt have b4..and a bad headache for last 2 days but that seems to be going now,im pleased as weighed myself today and looks like i have lost 6lb,need to get some digetal scales,as mine not good...
so thats a bit about me,look forward to getting to know otheres on here..

Hi Lilacbunnykins, (great name!!) I am on day 6 and am finding today a bit tough-mainly cause Sunday was such an eat-y day for me formerly...sigh...BUT I will get through it-cause, like you, this time it's for me and not to please anyone else. So -welcome back!! We can do it!! x

I'm on day 2 now and suffering with headaches etc but I'm well chuffed as it's my first weekend I've completed without giving up

Hey Sue - glad to see you've started the diary. I'm going to try and get one started this week.

Can you let me know how to upload photos? You look lovely by the way - let's hope that I can look as slim as you do now in the not too distant future.

Been on CD now 12 days and lost 14lbs so far - so very encouraging start.

Looking forward to following your weightloss journey hun.

well its day 5,im doing ok,i have a problem i have strong painkillers for a back injury ,but it says i have to eat something when i take them!!!so have been having a bit of wafer thing chicken,..I was so good today,im a cook in a childrens nursery and had my fav dessert"angel delight"i normally eat any thats spare,and i filled up the biscuit barrel too without eating the 6 biccys i would normally have ate whilst doing it lol,so very pleased with myself,mind u i drank 2 litres of water to stop me from wanting to eat lol...i know its gets easier..cant wait for my weigh in on thursday..

You're doing great Sue. Congrats. Good luck for your first weigh in - hope you get really good loss to keep you motivated.

I managed to lose another 4lbs this week - so that's my first stone off in a 2 weeks. I'm well excited and feeling really positive and motivated. Looking forward to my first 'slim' Xmas in years.

Its my 1st weigh in this afternoon,cant wait,think i have done good,but you never know,need to ask a qstn,my period arrived over 11 days early!!!!is this normal,dont rem it being this early last time i did cd,worried it will effect what i lose...

my totms are all over the place when i do cd hon. hormones are stored in our fat tissue so as we lose the fat we release the hormones and we go to pot. take it as a sign that fat is being burnt. that's what i try and cling to when i'm ready to go mad!! ha.

i have struggled this weekend,just feel so hungry all the time,trying to drink over 4 ltrs of water a day,but having to eat few bits of chicken....stepped on scales today and not lost anything since thursday, grrr

Well done on ur 8bls lost. I think maybe because you've lost so much weight in just two weeks, your body and your metabolism is trying adjust itself. You have four more days before weigh in so you never know, might be quiet surprise

I've struggled this weekend too. Nieces birthday on Friday night and nephews birhday 2day. Friday I ate some chicken and salad, but 2day I managed to avoid eating anything, so I'm hoping for at least a small loss at my weigh in on Tuesday night. Cos we've been out and about all day 2day, haven't managed all my water, so I'm struggling to get it all drunk by bedtime!!

I'm sure you wlil be fine, just keep doing what you're doing and you will definitely have a good loss at your next weigh in.

I had one of the tetra packs today and was nicely surprised,thought it wasent going to be nice or feel me up,but it did both,so will be getting more of them on thursday to keep at work,as sometimes i go to our local town after work and need that something to eat(drink)if i take water im hitting everyloo in the town lol,im back on track with the 5 ltrs of water and trying not to eat anything,weekends are my hardest,im of clubbing frid and debating on being a good girl and drinking water and deit coke all night or being a rebal and having a good drink up(although wont need much as due to not eating,u get drunk quick lol)right got to go dish up hubbys chicken casserol and rice!!grrr

Hi Sue - try freezing the tetra packs to make ice cream - it's really nice - though you have to take it out the freezer 30 minutes before you want to eat it. Eat it with a teaspoon and it lasts for ages LOL

I'd stay off the booze if I were you hun, i've read some real horror stories about what can happen to you if you drink alcohol on CD, especially with doing SS. Anyhow, hope you have a great time, even if you do stay off the alcohol - hopefully you'll have another fab weightloss this week and that'll put you on a natural high.
