Deichmans is def not posh and most od there shoes are really nice and very reasonablt priced. I got a lovely pair knee highs for 17pounds (jst realised my wee keyboard has no pond sign!!!!!!!)

Jen surely they are within your syns. now that I do not have fat coat, I have 1-2 mini chocs 2-3 times a week to keep me warm.

Well i have just enjoyed some beans on toast and actually forgot how nice it was tbf. I was still hungry so ate an entire bowl of cabbage to which my other half looked at me rather concerned and I think he muttered something about needing a cork before bed :-/
I have done ok today but Friday is my first weigh in so only time will tell whether or not it has worked, im hoping it will. I eat like a horse but thats the beauty of SW I guess.

I am chuckling about the cork!! I had a bowl of cabbage last night too! I'd cooked it to go with my ham for tea, then ate the ham while the kids were having their tea, and just had the bowl of cabbage later with s&p! Probably best hubby works away! Lol

lol yup a bowl of cabbage and thats only because the cat was looking at bit frightened as i circled the kitchen looking for something to eat lol it was then i noticed the cabbage and thought " hey i either bin it or eat it" so i chose to eat it

Yep and i am guessing whatever im onto is likely to cause my nostrils and relationship some damage. I just cannot stop eating whatsoever today

It has to be, the annoying thing i have nothing in and need to go shopping so im willing myself to stay away from the takeout menus. The first week is always the hardest for me though
