DOING SW FROM HOME???

Don't quote me on it, but I think the WW citrus fruit yoghurt range may be free. I'm really into the greek style mullers at the moment though, so haven't bought any of the WW ones for ages

Tesco greek yoghurt (0%?) is free and if you add a couple of drops of essence taste just like muller. I have two packets each of coconut and yoghurt. I might have to find out and try it with sainsbos

I'm pretty sure the shape delight fat free yogurts are free, the fruit flavour ones at least. I allow 1/2 syn for the crumble ones although I did read somewhere they may be free too.

ok guys looking for a bit of insight/help possibly. I gained over the last two weeks and assumed it was *week and today I was felling not so thin as I did a few weeks ago so I weighed myself (bad me tuesday WI) and have gained almost 3lbs since Tuesday. I've been following the plan 100% and not sure what to make of it other than I remember reading in the last few days someone saying if they ate bananas they didn't lose and if someone's mum ate strawberries the same thing.

I'm wondering if that is my problem and have possibly narrowed it down to two things, but I am hoping someone else can take a look at my diary as the first week I lost and then everything from there has basically gone up. So something has changed between week 1 and the rest, and I would like to figure it out before I get ticked off and eat cake. I'm now heavier then when I began and I could have done that by having cake etc rather than all good things.

Anyone have any other suggestions? I weight and measure everything

My diary : http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world-food-diaries/301924-2013-will-lucky-year-me.html

I have been doing the plan just over a year and if I weigh myself any other day but WI day my weight can vry between 2 to 5 lbs - could be psychological thing but that how it works for me. I have never avoided bananas, strawberries, bread and anything else with exception of a few things that I am allergic to e.g proidge, maple syrup. However, each body is different and you can experiment to see which food suits you best. My advice is stay off the scales mid-week and eat plenty of superfree. The more superfree you eat (until full) the harder your body works to get rid of toxins and stale food from your body. Drink penty of water or hot beverage.

I don't weigh myself usually except for WI, but my coat which was loose has gone back to being a bit tight so I know something is up. I want to get rid of what I just gained and figure out what the problem is before it gets worse. Mind I think I figured it out with the stupid yoghurt incident, so have been trolling for syn free yoghurt to make up that mistake.

Right now that I know where I probably gone wrong it should fix itself over the next few weeks, oh well a good learning experience and something to keep me on my toes to becoming complacent

Not posted til now as I`ve been really busy! Catching up on the washing and housewok. Still got some dusting to do. Trouble is I tend to avoid it as I deteste dusting! :D

I`m not a clean-freak but I want it to be reasonable. We`re going away for a few days a week tomorrow. We`ve been there before and it`s really nice. Don`t know if I`m allowed to post a link for the place on here or whether it would be advertising.

Afternoon everyone. What a busy day. Maltesers ice cream is in the freezer setting (thank you Grannie) and my chocolate baileys pudding are setting in the fridge (thank you Charl) can't wait for dinner. Making our own SW smash chicken nuggets with sauteed pots and Veg and making gammon pasta salad for tomorrows lunch. Will I ever get out of the kitchen.100% focused. Eating more superfree foods and syns. Bring in weigh day next week :) x
Hope you are all having a lovely Sunday x

Grannie if yu tell us where it is then we can look it up. It is nice to go away for a few days. Hope you are going somewhere warm and sunny.

Houswor I need to do a few things as been away at my parents to check things out whilst they are away. Cleaned their flat and did some washing. Now that I am home need to do my own and cook some dinner for tomorrow night as my brother is coming to do some paperwork together and will not have time to cook.

Hope you have a good rest of the day and looking forward to read your diary later on.

It`s only Suffolk. Windmill Lodges near Framlingham. They`re log cabins in the country. Which is why I`m glad the snow has cleared up! Each one has it`s own hot tub!

Missed the choc baileys pudding! Could you let me have the recipe please!!

BTW the ice cream doesn`t set like the stuff you buy in tubs form the supermarket. More like the stuff you get from the ice cream van! I`ve made another with orange matchmakers and orange essence!!

I think i may have been there, on a rally with a load of others. I'll look it up later. Nice to have a getaway wherever it is, just a change of scenery is great to look forward to x
