Started my journey 29th February 2012 at 15 stone and today I am exactly 11stone, my target! I am actually crying :) :) :) :) :)

Well hubby is cooking steak for us for dinner (the only thing he can cook!!) BUT he's frying it all in oil, steak, mushrooms and onions - the lot :(
I just didnt have the heart to tell him ill do my own, cause he thinks he's doing something nice!
Well, back starting over AGAIN tomorrow :(

Count 6 syns per tbsp of oil! You can even use 1tbsp as a HexB, don't let it completely put you off plan :)

Wow, looks good Laura! Gonna have to try that. Is that saffron in the rice to turn it yellow? Going shopping tomorrow, what spices do I need? x

I used turmeric to make the rice yellow - much cheaper haha!

It's on Peri's thread, but you'll need cumin, red chilli powder, coriander and turmeric! Also, unless you have fresh or puree etc, garlic and ginger cubes (well that's what I use - they're frozen cubes of pureed garlic and ginger) and chilli cubes unless you're using fresh or puree again :p
 
I know everytime I feel like I have no motivation I think I will come on here and give my self a talking too I think once I see a change aswell it will keep me going Xx

I flew back to red today after my green Wednesday, but having a cheeky (lone) valentines wine! X

Oh and knitting a jumper for baby Phil. He's a doll!
 
Cannot wait to get on plan and begin food optomising tomorrow! Just bought the new SW magazine and for tomorrow I've planned:

2 x weetabix with semi skimmed milk brekkie

Tuna salad and Greek muller yoghurt (1/2 syn) lunch

Veggie omelette and salad dinner

This look okay for an extra easy day? Any advice/tweaks etc would be great! x
 
Eeee Lou! I've had about 10 amazing chocolates, plus a caramel/choc tray bake slice from greggs. Meal wise it's been fab! Just the extras, dammmm valentines day.. WI for tomorrow looking real bad!

That meal plan sounds good, not a huge amount of food, so make sure you're eating enough, and have your SYNS :) x

Lovely day in the sun and food wise- tried a stuffed bns inspired by Rosielea :) delish, but was too impatient to wait for the bns to be really soft! Ha!
No fella (or mil) yet...! Just slurping me valentino vino alone still lol!!

Ah pleased you had a good day :) I'm going back to my old ways, mixing all 3 plans depending on how I feel, with mainly red, I'm actually loving green days but I'm mega bloated, I feel like a whale, so I'm not sure they agree with me. My 3 week (which turned into 4 week) plan hasn't really worked so back to what I usually do, plus some exercises. Jens inspired me to start running.. EEEEEEEEEKKKKKK!

Enjoy the vino! I think I'm gonna give up booze for lent xx
 
Ooo hexB update! You can have the new Kellogg nutri-grain breakfast biscuits, only 2 tho.. And new hovis wholemeal seed sensations bread, 1 slice of the big loaf (I LOVVVEEEE SEEDED BREAD!) yay! Xx

Yeah, you even have slice instead of slices! Just wanted to be clear so noones running off and eating too much :p I LOVE seeded bread too, but I think I'll stick to my normal, small loaf to get more bread! x
