DOING SW FROM HOME???

Weigh in tomorrow, eek! I had a little look at the scales this morning and if I stick to plan today I think I am going to be in the 11's tomorrow!!! Feels very surreal since this time last year I was nearly 15st!!

I reckon like 5/6 days.. It's just tomato and onion really that would spoil. It always goes quick in our house tho! I guess you could freeze it tho!

Hey girl! Finally finally after 4 weeks of STS I've lost 2lbs :) yay! Feel so much better now. Def think starting the shred last week helped (not that I've stuck to it!) so key now is exercise I reckon, must have lost all I can with diet (and minimal exercise- lots of walking) gonna have to up my game.

I might go for a run tomorrow I think, I wanted to start this week, but totally put on back burner after having to look after Daisy, also been massively unproductive uni work wise, but at least she's better now!

Does anyone have any nice weekend plans? xx

Mother in law's 60th so meal out tomorrow and out for cream tea sunday :-( It's all going wrong now

So jealous of you ladies doing all this exercise… I used to run / cardio exercise 4 times a week and am currently able to do nothing due to stupid thigh muscles / running injury. Actually the more exercise I do at the mo, the worse the pain is which is rubbish… (even a leisurely 1.5hr family walk flares it up. however, i have a long awaited orthopaedic specialist appointment at the hospital this afternoon. Perhaps after nearly two years in pain they may be able to shed some light on why my leg isn't working properly!

Quiet weekend planned… there is an option of a pub night / party, but I think I am going to let the OH go alone as its a friend of his from school. Less likely to overdo the booze then!

Really need to make time for exercise..I just always seem to have marking or planning to do! Anyone who says its fab being a teacher because of all the time you get off ha no idea ? but still, have got to work it in somewhere. Well done on the losses ladies x

I am just looking at the 'healthy extra' choices you can use for pizza base - can anyone tell me what the wrap type options for this are?
I looked at the smash option, but would prefer a more bready version!

The rest of the family will be having hope made pizzas, and I want to join them in a 'good' way!

I usually use the warburton flat wrap things and tweak 2 hexB's for it. The wholemeal ones xx
 
Are they the square ones? I am not sure how to tweak the hex's - I have not used a 'b' for breakfast on purpose so I have two! xx
 
Loulou, tweaking just means you arent really supposed to do it, but as its wmeal and would be the weight of x2 hexB's just do it! So its not a counted HexB choice but its close enough to sneakily use it occasionally.. I tweak wmeal noodles on red sometimes rather than having pasta.

Ah chloe.. sorry for your STS, have you measured though? Make sure you drink at least 3 litres of water if you exercise every day, it'll help. And massage your skin with some kinda cocoa butter as it helps your muscles relax. xx
 
Is anyone counting calories? and if so whats the normal amount to get a good loss. I'm following SW but tracking my cals on MFP too. Staying around 1200 aday.
 
I have simply chicken and a plain jacket potato and make healthy choices from the salad bar, they do have fat free dressing and also the fruity red dressing is virtually fat free :)

I went to the harvester Wednesday and was told they have taken the fat free salad dressing off the menu. Not sure if it every restaurant or just that one but I have already emailed to complain x
