DOING SW FROM HOME???

Ohhh Jen how do you make a barbaque sauce? That sounds delish! I'm having steak with pepercorn sauce. And making lamb tomorrow,can't wait my fave meat is lamb!x

Ooh yum!!

Saw the orthopedic specialist today, he's referrede for MRI's on hip and lower back. I burst into tears when he asked how it was affecting my life and I felt really silly! But its so debilitating... Anyway at least things are moving along now :)

My BBQ sauce, you can add/omit anything you like!

Fry a chopped onion with tsp chilli powder, once soft add passata, 4tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce, 3tbsp sweetner, 1/2 tsp mustard powder, salt and pepper. Then add whatever according to taste, bubble away gently for a bit. I pureed mine down to hide the onion from the kids! Lovely over chicken breast, wrapped in bacon and topped with cheese :) that's what the boys just had

Ooh your dinner looks so yummy Jen! Which sausages do you use and how many syns are they? I am adding the BBQ sauce to my list of things to make when I'm back on plan too - I tried it when I first joined SW and it was lovely :) Didn't puree it then, so I bet that makes it taste even better! Much easier to use as a proper sauce as well haha!

Does anyone know if you can use mozzarella light as a hex on red? Or is it just 40g of normal mozz?

Weight watchers pork sausages, 0.5 syn each so I had 4 lol it made loads of sauce so saving it for hunters chicken at the weekend. Is quite thick, can thin it out a bit with water. Is a hit with the boys so just the hubs to go lol

I used the 40g norm in the end- instead of the Warburtons wrap I sliced an Aldi bread roll into three to use as my base, so the 40g normal mozz with 15g cheddar was perfect :)

My friends just split up with her bf so tonight I'm off to hers to cheer her up with another of our friends. I'm thinking there will be chocolate and wine...if there is I will go with this mornings weigh as I'm sure the scales won't be kind to me! Maybe I'll convince them that a cup of tea is just as good....

Interview is next Tuesday! Got a few days to prepare, gonna be a tough one I think. Altho, I'd just decided to apply for a course at uni so don't know which one I want to do now!

Totally blew it last night :-( underestimated how much nights would make me go off track, just so blimin tired all of the time. Had a sainsbury's curry, bhaji, naan bread and chocolate :-( Scales show 2lb gain, which to be fair is better than Monday as was 4lb gain then lol need to now claw it back, yet again!

Snap my interview is Tuesday too. Tonight just before coming home we were told that no more long shifts and weekend working - we have just been taken on to work 2 long days and weekends. This means working 15 hours a week rather than 37.5 hours. Not impressed at all. Lets hope I get the job on Tuesday so will be working nearer home again.

I have been eating really well and on plan but my scales are messing about and showing me 2 lbs heavier. Might need to invest in a new set of scales.

Ooooh, I feel better, just done a 40min davina workout. It's interval training with weights, gonna feel that tomorrow I think!!
