Can someone please tell me what is scan bran??
I was in holland and Barrett today and was looking for it but I didn't no what I was looking for?!?! I have it in my head that its in the form of ryvita's but then I thought maybe its like a bag of seed type things like oat bran??

It is like ryvita. You should just ask them. They are actually called Scandinavian Bran Crispbread. There is also Scandinavian Oatbran Crispbread.

I think Holland and Barratt is the only other place you can get it in the UK. I think you can buy it online though.

Hi a 25g bag of haribo is 4.5 or 5 syns depending on the type of haribo, the majority seem to be 4.5, hope this helps

Well it's Tuesday I always walk 8 miles to the furthest shops. Need some supplies and the walk does me good

Eating my favourite things today

Lunch Smoked salmon and salad and tea steak and salad. Yummy

Plus this is day 7 for me ive been 100%

Its raining here walked in the rain and im at sainsburys now having an alpine bar and cuppa with curly hair lol ha ha ha.

I'm from Ireland and my son (8) is goin to the taekwondo world championships in Hatfield in August and I'm just looking at accommodation at the min. I see there's a travel lodge there which is obviously coming in at the best price but I'm just worried its going to be dirty/manky??
I have no problem with it being basic but I couldn't handle dirty!!!!!!
Does anyone know what travel lodges are like? (Never stayed in one before!) the next price is over double the cost of the travel lodge and were only a week back from holidays so obviously money will be tight!

I just don't know what to do!!!!!!

Just doing some sorting and found a tape measure so I thought I would measure and compare the actual centimetres... I know I am in smaller clothiers than when I started / things are less tight!

But I have lost 6cm round my waist, 4cm off my hips, and 4cm from under my boobs (we shall not speak of how much boob I have lost!) and about 4-5cm from the fat of my legs!

Hurrah! I am celebrating with a lemon water!
