Ahh that sounds exciting. I am thinking of doing a PGCE after my degree. Do you know which uni you want to go to?

mmm just made some SW coleslaw and even if I say so myself its lovely i'm not a lover of diet coleslaw but I threw some cottage cheese in with it and it tastes good
All very spur of the moment I took the carrot and red cabbage out of my bag of salad sliced up red onion, the mixed up ff yoghurt, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and mustard powder then mixed it all together, I would be nice with some hex cheese in it I think tooWhats the recipe?

Lou it's so scary at first! I still feel now like I'm just starting out (well I kinda am considering how far I want to go!) but like you say one step (and application!!) at a time.
Just trying to write my final report it's due in at 4pm and I'm like 1/4 of the way in, although I'm pretty set on what I have and want to say.
After 2 weeks of eating crap and weekends of total indulgence I finally had a week totally on plan and lost 6lbs (which will mainly just be bloat and water retention) but I feel so much slimmer now the yuck bloat has gone. Yay! Now to get into the 12's!
Also checked my body fat and I'm only 2% off healthy range. Yay to that! X
