Hello everyone, I wasn't going to start a diary but I've now decided to, thought it may help me along my way XD & if it helps anyone else then that's great
Well today was my first day on TS. I decided to try this café latte that a lot of people seem to enjoy (vanilla shake with tsp coffee, microwaved) but I didn't like it

I was really looking forward to it as well - maybe I made it wrong :S any tips would be greatly appreciated!!
So that was breakfast down the sink
When I got into work I opted for a mug of bouillon which was yummy - I think my taste buds might have to adjust to all the salt but yummy nonetheless.
Lunch I opted for a red berry bar, which WOW was it sweet - sweet but edible. (Don't think I can say nice though
I'm hoping I will find something I enjoy - however it was the same for me on CD I didn't seem to like anything. But I'm keeping in high hope, otherwise this is going to be tough! Plus, it's a small price to pay in the grand scheme of things!
BUT, I am only on day one - lots more to try yet! - I have a very small portion of chicken and lettuce tonight for dinner (I did Cambridge this way as well, doesn't affect ketosis or weight loss, but nice to have to cook something and CHEW!)
Can't wait to go to bed tonight and know I've finished day one! Sad isn't it!
