Very easy to see where I went wrong with this! I sort of go off on one on the weekends. Instead of splurging on syns every weekend I'm going to spread them out. A few other actions points below:

Actions Points:
- No coffee/tea - I seem to be going way over my HEXA amount with drinking coffee, tea, and then having cheese in the evening.
- 70 syns weekly (instead of 105)
- Exercise extra per day (30 mins extra), I haven't really been doing any since I've started.
- One HEXA per day instead of 2
- Instead of 'saving' syns per week for the weekend, i'm going to have 5 - 10 syns everyday, I'm not sure if blowing all my syns on the weekend is a good idea when I weigh in on the Monday.

Managed to get that 2lbs back off again. I'm going to work really hard this week because I don't want to gain again! I think if I do i'll get really disheartened.

Hi just dipped in to your posts, see that you alternate between EE, red/ green days, is this a good idea , does it reflect well on weigh in days. Havent tried this yet.
